The restaurant is convenient to my hotel and I came here my first night in Lima when I wanted just a light meal. The pisco sour was served in a stone cup and was very potent! My scallops, recommended by the waiter, were overwhelmed by the meat sauce. Not something I would order again.Service was adequate, but I felt a little uncomfortable being a single woman.
I personally believe peruvian food is one of the best food in the whole world.Brujas de Cachiche is a good way to show that.Great appetizers (papas a la huancaína, ceviche, anticuchos)Great dishes (I tried the cau cau but this is not for everyone)Great dessert (classic Suspiro Limeño)The service was good, the place was crowded with lot of people from Peru, that is always a good indicator.The only thing that could have been better was the check-out process that was very slow.
